SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (United States)

Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS using the service selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.

We do not ship to PO boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.

A valid phone number is required for all orders. The carrier may use this number to contact the recipient regarding delivery, address issues, or customs clearance.

Delivery and transit times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

International Orders

International shipping is available to select countries and destinations shown at checkout.

International orders are shipped via UPS and are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

Prices and shipping charges shown at checkout do not include VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected before or upon delivery. We cannot predict, estimate, or control these fees.

International shipments may be delayed by customs or other government authorities. Customs clearance times are outside our control.

A valid physical delivery address and phone number are required for international shipments. UPS or customs authorities may contact the recipient regarding delivery or customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs duties, taxes, or other required charges are not paid, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional return shipping, customs, or carrier charges may also be deducted from any refund that may otherwise be due.
